1. What exactly does adults-only mean at Camping De Maashoeve?

Camping De Maashoeve is exclusively accessible for overnight guests aged 18 and over. Therefore, no children under 18 are allowed to stay overnight at the campsite, and there are no facilities or activities for children. This ensures a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere for all our guests. Of course, children are welcome to visit during the day, but they are not allowed to stay overnight.

2. What facilities are there on and around the campsite?

Camping De Maashoeve offers comfortable basic facilities, befitting a quiet adults-only campsite.

Facilities at the campsite:

• 2 Well-maintained toilet facilities with showers and hot water
• All camping pitches have a water tap and waste water drainage.
• Free WiFi, with 5MB DWL speed
• Laundry with washing machine and dryer
• Covered bicycle shed (closed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.)
• Spacious, green camping pitches with plenty of privacy
• Bad weather accommodation for bicycle tent campers

Facilities in the immediate vicinity:

• Swimming pond approximately 750 meters from the campsite
• Fishing pond approximately 150 meters from the campsite
• Beautiful cycling and walking routes directly from the campsite (routes available)

The campsite has no entertainment or play facilities, which contributes to the calm and relaxed atmosphere.

3. Can I see in advance whether there is still room on my desired dates?

Yes. You can see this directly on the reservation page:

• if there is still availability
• what type of accommodation is available
• for which period

This way you know immediately where you stand, without having to contact us first.

4. What is the step-by-step booking process?

1. You choose your desired stay and dates via the website
2. You fill in your details with arrival and departure dates.
3. You will receive a reservation confirmation by email

5. How much does a stay cost and what is included in the price?

At Camping De Maashoeve, you pay a clear price per night, depending on the type of pitch, number of people, and the season.

Guide prices 2026 (per night):

• Tractor tent site: from approx. €15.20
• Camper place: from approx. €22.60
• Comfort pitch for caravan (up to 7 m): from approx. €22.60
• Comfort pitch XL (up to 8.50 m): from approx. €24.60 (prices excluding extras)

Included in the camping price:

• Use of sanitary facilities and hot water
• Water connection and drainage at the site
• Free Wi-Fi
• 1 car on the premises

Additional costs (if applicable):

• Electricity: €0.70 per kWh (10 Amp connection, advance payment)
• Environmental/waste fee: per person per night
• Extra person: per night
• Dog: €2.50 per night (in consultation)
• Administration costs: € 3.50 per reservation
• Entrance fee deposit: €20.00 (cash, returned upon departure)

6. Are dogs welcome and are there special rules?

Yes, dogs are welcome, max. 2 per pitch. We do ask that:

• dogs must always be kept on a leash
• they do not cause any nuisance to other guests
• Don't forget to take the bags with you when you go out for a walk, we like to keep things neat and clean.

This fits in with the calm and respectful atmosphere of the campsite.

7. How much privacy do I have on a camping spot?

Our camping pitches are spacious and not too close together. Many pitches are surrounded by greenery, which provides extra privacy and a feeling of freedom. The exact location and layout can be seen on the campsite map.

8. What are the arrival and departure times for camping and log cabins?

The following times apply for camping pitches and log cabins:

• Arrival: Monday to Saturday between 2pm and 6pm
• Arrival between 7pm and 8pm: only possible after prior consultation
• Departure: no later than 11.00 am

Sunday: Sunday is our day off. Arrivals and departures with caravans are not permitted on Sundays.

9. What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

In case of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies as stated at the time of booking. Because we are a small-scale campsite, we recommend that guests take out their own cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
