For less urgent matters you can reach us during the opening times of the reception of Mon.-Sat. 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The reception is closed on Sundays.


A power failure is not a 112 report, so don't worry, just use the mail us button or send a WhatsApp.

Article 1: Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

    holiday accommodation: tent, folding camper, camping car, touring caravan, summer cottage, hiker's cabin, apartment and the like; entrepreneur: the company, institution or association that makes the holiday accommodation available to the holiday maker; holiday maker: the person who enters into the agreement regarding the holiday accommodation with the entrepreneur ;fellow holidaymaker: the person(s) also indicated on the agreement;third party: any other person, not being the holidaymaker and/or his fellow holidaymaker(s);agreed price: the fee paid for the use of the holiday accommodation; what is not included in the price must be stated on the basis of a price list; costs: all costs for the entrepreneur associated with the conduct of the recreation business; information: written/electronic data about the use of the holiday accommodation, the facilities and the rules regarding the stay; cancellation: the written termination by the holiday maker of the agreement before the commencement date of the stay. but cannot stay overnight at the Maashoeve.

 

Article 2: Content of the agreement

    The entrepreneur makes available to the holiday maker for recreational purposes, i.e. not for permanent residence and/or registration in the BRP, a holiday accommodation of the type or type that has been agreed, for the agreed period and the agreed price. to provide the holiday maker with information on the basis of which this agreement is also concluded in advance. The entrepreneur always informs the holiday maker in writing of any changes in good time. If the information deviates significantly from the information provided when the agreement was entered into, the holiday maker has the right to cancel the agreement without costs. obligation to comply with the agreement and the related information. He ensures that the co-creator(s) and/or third parties who visit him and/or stay with him comply with the agreement and the associated information.


Article 3: Duration and termination of the agreement

The agreement ends by operation of law after the expiry of the agreed period, without notice being required.


Article 4: Price and price change

    The price is agreed on the basis of the rates applicable at that time, which have been determined by the entrepreneur. /or levies that relate directly to the holiday accommodation or the holiday maker, these can be passed on to the holiday maker, even after the agreement has been concluded.


Article 5: Payment

    The holiday maker must make the payments in euros, unless otherwise agreed, with due observance of the agreed terms. the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without prejudice to the entrepreneur's right to full payment of the agreed price. If the entrepreneur is not in possession of the total amount due on the day of arrival, he is entitled to grant the holiday maker access to the holiday accommodation, without prejudice to the right of the entrepreneur to full payment of the agreed price. The extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by the entrepreneur, after a notice of default, are at the expense of the holiday maker. If the total amount is not paid on time, the legally determined interest rate on the outstanding amount will be charged after written demand.


Article 6: Cancellation

    In the event of cancellation, the holiday maker pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:
    in the event of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 25% of the agreed price; in the event of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price; in the event of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price; In case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.
    The fee will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of administration costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof.


Article 7: Use by third parties

    Use by third parties of the holiday accommodation is only permitted if the entrepreneur has given written permission for this.


Article 8: Premature departure of the holiday maker

The holiday maker owes the full price for an agreed rate period.


Article 9: Premature termination by the entrepreneur and eviction in the event of an attributable shortcoming and/or unlawful act. The entrepreneur can cancel the agreement with immediate effect

    If the holiday maker, fellow holiday maker(s) and/or third party(s) do not or do not properly comply with the obligations under the agreement, the associated information and/or safety regulations, despite prior written warning, and to such an extent that, according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness, the entrepreneur cannot be expected to continue the agreement; If the holiday maker, despite prior written warning, causes nuisance to the entrepreneur and/or fellow holidaymakers, or the good atmosphere spoils the site; if the holiday maker, despite prior written warning, acts contrary to the purpose of the site by using the holiday accommodation. The written warning can be omitted in urgent cases. After cancellation, the holiday maker must ensure that the holiday accommodation is vacated and leave the site as soon as possible, but no later than 4 hours. In principle, the holiday maker remains obliged to pay the agreed rate. . Failure to follow art.2.1

 

Article 10: Laws and regulations

    The entrepreneur ensures at all times that the holiday accommodation, both internally and externally, meets all environmental and safety requirements that may be imposed on the holiday accommodation by the government. The holiday maker is obliged to strictly observe all safety regulations applicable on the site. life. He also ensures that fellow holidaymakers and/or third parties who visit him and/or stay with him strictly observe the safety regulations applicable on the site.


Article 11: Maintenance and construction

    The entrepreneur is obliged to keep the recreation area and the central facilities in a good state of repair. the holiday maker, fellow holiday maker(s) and/or third party(s) are not allowed to dig, cut trees, prune shrubs or carry out any other activity of such a nature on the site.


Article 12: Liability

    The entrepreneur is not liable for an accident, theft or damage on his site, unless this is the result of a shortcoming attributable to the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is not liable for the consequences of extreme weather influences or other forms of force majeure. The entrepreneur is liable for failures in the utilities, unless he can invoke force majeure. third party(s), insofar as it concerns damage that can be attributed to the holiday maker, the fellow holiday maker(s) and/or third party(s). recreational users to take appropriate measures.


Article 13: Dispute settlement

    Dutch law applies to all disputes relating to the agreement. Only a Dutch court is authorized to take cognizance of these disputes. Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 3, this does not affect an appeal to the civil court in those places where the conditions apply.

Arrival and Departure times

Arrival after 2 pm and before 7 pm, ring the bell at the intercom reception after 5 pm.

Departures after 09:00 and before 11:00. If you want to leave later or earlier, this is only possible after consultation with, and agreement of, the owner(s). Extra costs extension until 19.00 : Euro 15.00

Opening hours Reception:

from 09:00 - 11:00 and 13:00 - 17:00. If you are traveling with a caravan, you will receive an entry ticket for your car at the reception for a cash deposit of Euro 10.00. You can hand in this entry card before departure during the opening hours of the reception, and you will receive the deposit back. In the unlikely event that you forget to hand in your entry ticket, you may return it by post to the address of recreation company "De Maashoeve" with your name and address details and your bank account number to which we can transfer the amount. We will refund your entry ticket (minus additional administration and bank transaction costs) an amount of € 7.50 to your account.

Camping pitches

Each camping pitch has a connection column with a water tap, power CEE socket (10 amp.), TV and drain for dirty water. You can empty the chemical toilet in the designated "chemical toilet cisterns" near the toilet building or at the toilet unit. We request that you always leave the sanitary facilities clean and tidy after use for the next guest.

FREE WIFI

You will receive a login code on arrival, after registration and payment of the remaining amount of the invoice.

gas bottles

Propane or butane allowed in bottles of maximum 50 liters, Propane and butane bottles may not be filled with LPG. A gas bottle must bear a valid quality mark recognized by the Lloyd's Register Stoomwezen. The valve of a gas bottle must be a type approved by the Lloyd's Register Stoomwezen. The camping guest is responsible for, and may only use, the correct approved gas cylinders.

Folders - mail and bicycle shed

Next to the entrance to the reception is our brochure post with information about the area.

In the 2nd shed we have a covered bicycle shed with charging point for electric bicycles. The shed is locked at night between 9 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Storage is at your own risk, Camping de Maashoeve cannot be held liable for theft and/or damage in any form whatsoever to the stored object.


Auto's

Only on the camping site for loading and unloading, then in the indicated parking spaces. After 10 p.m., the barrier remains closed until 8 a.m., due to a night's rest. You can always drive out, day and night. The barrier and the green gates open automatically when you drive towards it. You must drive on the yard at a walking pace at all times.

Charging electric cars is not allowed on or near the camping car park

Visitors

Register visitors at the reception, entrance: € 1.50 / visitor (0-100 years) Visitors who also spend the night must register at the reception and pay the overnight rate – see price list.Visitors park in front of the farm, not in the parking spaces of guests at the campsite. Football is not allowed on the Maashoeve grounds.

dog(s)

A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch (only allowed at camping pitches 33 to 56). Your visitors are not allowed to bring a dog. Every dog large, small, sweet, nice or fine must always be on a leash at the Maashoeve.

 

Let the dogs out

Outlet place in front of the Maashoeve or on the Weggetje between Neer- and Laaker Veldje, not in the parking lots, don't forget to take the bag with you so that you can neatly deposit your dog's poop in the waste bin and we can't find it under the shoes or elsewhere !!

Dogs are not allowed in the Log Cabins.

 

Sound

You should keep the volume of radio and TV at a low level. Think of the tranquility of fellow guests and neighbors !! Night rest from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

 

Waste

Deposit in the appropriate waste bins: Glass, Paper and Residual waste.

 

BBQ 

Permitted provided it meets the general fire safety standards.

In the event of fire and/or other dangerous situations, Fritz and/or Jolanda will alert the intercom reception as soon as possible. They are both emergency response officers. In emergencies, all guests must gather in front of "de Maashoeve", Mother Magdalenastraat 13A, along the road and report to Fritz and/or Jolanda. Pay attention !! Do not hinder service providers such as the fire brigade and/or ambulance.

The lease agreement

Pitch Camping or Log Cabin can be entered into in writing as well as verbally, both agreements are binding.

 

Resolutive conditions

If the tenant does not meet the payment conditions and/or the Rules of the Maashoeve, the landlord reserves the right to consider the reservation as not made and the rental agreement will lapse.

Insurance / Cancellation

We recommend that you take out cancellation and/or travel insurance with your insurance agent. We use the conditions and regulations that have been drawn up for recreation company De Maashoeve which you can read at: www.maashoeve.nl .

Damage and liability

During the rental period, the tenant is liable for damage caused to the rented property by him, his co-tenants and/or his visitors. Any damage must be reported to the owners immediately. The stay and use of the campsite, log cabin, yard is entirely at your own responsibility. The landlord is not liable for theft or damage to property or accidents of guests and/or visitors of guests. Please report disturbances immediately to the owner.


Storage of bicycles during the season

Use of Stalling is done at your own responsibility,

The entrepreneur is not liable for theft or damage on his property. The holiday maker is liable towards the entrepreneur for damage caused by him/her while using the parking facility.


Storage of recreational objects in the shed

Gas bottles in a stored object are strictly prohibited, as are other explosive and flammable items. These must be removed by the customer before the stored object goes into storage. The object will only be placed in and out of the storage facility by the lessor of the storage facility. The object must only be parked in the designated parking space. Customers are not allowed to enter the parking facility without permission. If the customer needs something from the stored object, it is possible to make an appointment for this.

 

Pick up and delivery:

The stored object may only be brought and picked up by appointment, in the winter period from 15-12 to 01-03 the storage is closed and not accessible.

 

Liability:

Customers are responsible for being insured against possible damage to their stored object, as well as for damage caused by storm, fire and other forms of damage due to force majeure. The lessor of the parking facility accepts no liability for damage to a stored object in any form whatsoever.

 

Prices:

Customers can rent a parking space for a period from 31-10 to 01-04 at a price per linear meter of € 50.00

Refunds for early cancellation or early departure from the parking space are not possible.

 

Payments:

Payments must be made in advance.

 

Payment method:

The customer can make payments by bank transfer or cash payment.

 

Privacy:

Customers are aware that surveillance cameras are present for the security of their stored object.

Customer data will not be provided to third parties, unless required to do so by law.

 

Regulations changes:
