Welcome to our website of Recreation Company De Maashoeve.

We are the Heijneman family and will be the new owner of Recreation Company De Maashoeve from 15-01-2022

in the beautiful middle Limburg Ohé en Laak.

We as a family have been active in the camping world since 1991. From 1991 to the end of 2021 we owned a campsite in Vierhouten (Gelderland) where we enjoyed working and were able to meet very nice guests. After almost 30 years it was therefore time to make a new planning focused on the future for us and our son Fritz Heijneman JR. On 05-06-21 we saw this beautiful company of Ruud and Ina for sale and something told us we should go and have a look here, nothing more than praise about the campsite and its guests so yes we were sold and immediately fell in love with the environment and its beautiful location in the middle of Limburg.

Okay, the dialect of the cozy Limburgers will take another year .... to master this as born and bred Amsterdammers, so busy with the Limburgs course for beginners which we also receive from our friends, this we take it very seriously.

Then we naturally get the question why leave your old company after 30 years? well...

At our campsite in Vierhouten we also had a Bistro on the campsite outside the campsite and we worked there for more than 12 hours a day 7 days a week, so after 30 years the body no longer starts to accept it to work 80 hours and more and we were looking for a recreation company without catering. where we can slowly work towards our retirement and our son can take over when the time comes.

If you, as loyal guests of Camping de Maashoeve, have any questions, you can find us at the reception during opening hours and we can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at the desk during our introductory meeting or just for fun, you are always welcome. !
